Tickets, VISA and various travel assistance for mobilization and demobilization of personnel from home country to the remote region is handled by us.
Our services include handling the entire official documents: original passport, air ticket and government’s approval letter to the employee before departure. We also acquaint them with all of the traveling procedures in order to reach their destination without complexity. One is recommended to collect one’s VISA from the VISA counter in the concerned airport and to contact immigration authority for VISA endorsement if his visa is not endorsed before departure.

Only selected candidates will be sent for full medical examination to the hospital or clinic recognized by the Dept. of Health, Government of country of employment.Candidates who are physically and medically fit for employmentare eligible to sign the employment contract and he/she should be entitled to process his/her employment visa.
After receiving the Letter of Demand from Employer, we apply with the Department of Labour (DOL), Govt., ofcountry of employment for prior approval. The DOL then grants the approval after being satisfied with the credibility of the terms and conditions mentioned in demand letter. This prior permission will allow the recruitment company to advertise the requirement in daily and weekly newspapers. Then only we can start the recruitment process.
After receiving the job offer and employment visa, the orientation classesare organized to make all workers fullyaware about the country, nature of job, laws and orders, immigration policy and religion of respective country to maintain and understand the cordial relation between employer and employee. The orientation class specially gives workers general knowledge in all most all aspect and guides them in the field of their employment. The class also directs them to maintain good working relationship with employer and motivate them to do their duties / responsibilities in professionalmanner.
We maintain up to date databank of potential candidates with full information on their skills like education, technical knowledge and experience. As per the client’s criteria,TheRotary Overseas Pvt. Ltd. shall make a short list for the candidates doing pre-interview. During prescreen, the short listed candidates purely on merit basis giving equal opportunity to all. The final interview for short listed candidates will be conducted by the Employer himself or his representative by taking an oral, written and practical test. If the employer or his representative is not available our department will take care of it.
As soon as visa endorsed passport or paper visas are received, we give the booking to our travel or directly to concerned airline to confirm the seat form origin country to the nearest port of the Employing Country, if PTAs are not provided bythe employer. After the flight is confirmed, we sent flight detail to our clients requesting them to receive the workers at the airport.
